SECTION 8. In addition to all other sums herein appropriated, the following sum or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the State General Fund not otherwise appropriated, to the University Research Center for the purpose of developing and conducting an evaluation and tracking program for TANF to determine the impact to recipients of TANF and the economic impact to the state, for this fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, and

ending June 30, 2000 $ 350,000.00.
